    Aerosin,

What rc link did you use?

    Dakar home made or bought?

Did you use the Lynx to point the antenna?

    Nice flight (and distance too).

    WOW! That's an amazingly efficient flight - 43km with a single 3S 5000mAh battery!!

Yeah - his area is very flat (Thailand). No 100+ feet Georgia pines like we have here.

    @ Sentry & jalves:
I've added more detail of equipment used, pls see above...
This flight is done by my FPV friend idbbx not me, and we are in Taiwan not in Thailand.:-)
Dakar OSD and Lynx is home made by great circuit/software design from Cristobal Fernandez @ Aeromodelosmo forum in Spain and delicate PCB design by Ian Jhonston@ UK.
The FPV flying area is mainly milkfish aquaculture ponds and no longer used original Salt culture fields. There is a Salt culture museum nearby.

Yeah he and I were talking through YOUTUBE --- but we were both using google translate so there was a lot lost. I was interested in his feet/mile (or meter/km) methods.

Very nice distance. I only got 11km on my easystar with 4400mah. He is flying really efficient.

That is an awesome flight on a single 3S 5Ah. I figured the max with mine to be 20km at the very best.
