I deserve that!
Have been bogged down by a few unforseen things earlier this year and so are running a good few months behind schedule.
The new website core is ready to go.
We just need to migrate everything which will involve a few days of solitary confinement to prepare and test.
We have a lot of new and unique products that are being developed on the back burner right now but we hope to relaunch the site during this week.

thanks for your patience!
There have been a lot of things going on behind the scenes and anybody who follows the DVR-SD4 review thread will know why we have been busy and delayed in relaunching the international webshop. The same events have slowed a few things and throw in the fact that the guy at helm, yours truly, is a bit of a perfectionist, things have taken time.
DragonLabs DOSD users will also know we have been busy on the DragonFire Advanced IMU expansion card which we are currently assembling for beta.

But we have some really good news for you all.
The new website is just a few days away (fingers crossed!)
PayPal automated checkout tested working on our dev site.
Core products and contents engine is working fine, currently in use on our domestic Japanese website.
As are support tickets and the new notifications system for payments received, order status and shipping (with automated tracking!).
In the course of the next 7 days or so we will swap out the old website. During that period of time there my be occasions when the website will not show up for a few minutes at a time or the shopping cart functionality may be locked down (i.e. purchasing not available). Once all is live and fully functional we will send out an email to all our customers to announce the renewal.
We will not be migrating accounts as this avoids old or out of date shipping details being entered, but your email addresses will be tied to the old shop history so you will have access to your points. The new shop will not have a points system but instead a discount coupon system. Your old points will be able to be used so please do not worry on that front. In fact if you want to get a point just for the hell of it you can sign up now and be ready for the fun to be begin when we relaunch.
To thank you for your patience and celebrate the renewal open we plan the following campaigns starting in effect as of now.

Hi all valued FPV-Japan customers!
Looking at the start of this thread is a reality check as to how busy we have been...
A whole year has gone by without enough free time to take a step back and get on with several jobs at hand, an international shop update included.
Anyone who has been following the DVR-SD4 thread will be aware of some of the ups and downs this year.
Behind the scenes in Japan we have been growing steadily and are now at the point where it's going to be almost impossible to do expand our operation unless we hybernate for a few weeks. Take some time off to literally take stock, swap out the web shop and do a few other important chores.
For every step we've taken foward there have been another 2 or 3 tasks or logistic issues that crop up, mostly possitive but some issues out of our control.
So to that end we are about to take a short break of about 2~4 weeks so that we can do this once and for all.
The biggest things that are going to change are the following.
Automated checkout and payment
Proffesional warehousing
Same day shipping for in stock items (6~24 hour window depending on which part of the globe you are in)
All current (and straggling) orders will be fullfilled this week.
Once those are shipped we will temporarliy put the shop offline or prevent checking out/completion of orders until we are ready to finally do this properly once and for all.
Support issues during down time
General issues such as DVR function and use - how to kind of questions
Please check the review thread in this forum and post questions if need be.
Faulty device or similar support issues
1) Please contact your vendor initially and follow their support advice
2) If no joy or if you purchased direct from FPV-Japan then please email to support-int[replace-with-at-mark]fpv-japan.com with the details including purchase details (order no./date/email etc)
I do try to check the forum when I can but recently that is becoming more difficult due to the current workload.
I also desperately need some personal down time for the first week of that window so I can recharge my own batteries.
