    Stereo output receivers

Hi guys, im trying to find out if my lawmate receiver has stereo output or if i can tap onto the other audio channel inside the unit. If not what good quality receivers on 2.4ghz have stereo output ?

The reason is i want to split one channel for audio warnings for me and the other channel for telem instead of just telem lke i have now

Airwaves/Immersion I think is really all as far as main stream stuff.

The discussion about Lawmate and stereo sound came up not to long ago somewhere else, but I am not sure if I could find the thread now. The conclusion was that it ight be possible, but the lawmate would need an additional circuit card to decode/buffer/amplify that signal. Basically, too much work

Ah right i see, thanks Derek. Looks like Immersion receivers then. But then if the new Immersion groundstation comes with some built in theres no point, hmm what to do

Lawmate can do stereo. It's a 2h soldering process, though. VERY complicated. and it requires a 2nd lawmate receiver.

Ah, so you're writing a very detailed DIY tutorial then.

    no, something much better

BTW, since you're inside the ImmersionRC circle of trust I've got a question I hope you can answer. Will the new Duo2400 be reduntant to the new ImmersionRC GS or is it an integral part of it? Also since you tested both Duo2400 and Lawmate VRx, do they have similar sensitivity or is one of them better then the other. Then again, I understand if you can't disclose too much info.

I can disclose the latter ... sensitivity is around the same.

Oh, and I think Foxtech stuff is stereo. I have a 5.8 FT and it has stereo, at least.

they do have stereo. performance is comparable, but not equal to lawmate.
