you don't need the list of users, you need the member profile number. i started by looking at my user profile number, 422112. just count backwards(since i created my account yesterday, it is at the very top of the list... most recently created member number)

all you do is hit each page, say http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/member.php?u=422111, then http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/member.php?u=422110 etc with the phpbb cookie and then my username is spammed everywhere
