And here to report that the wing flies - and flies like a dream indeed.
Had a few hiccups at the field though - First launch was a side launch with full power. Planted it into the ground - i suspect due to not enough up-elevator trim.
Resulted in a broken prop, which was replaced, and the second launch went well. I had a friend to help me do the launches.

Flight was amazingly smooth - Did loops, rolls, and low passes . Landings were stress free, just glided in for a super-smooth landing.

Few things I ned help on :
    - I am really uncomfortable with the launch. I want to do it myself, so i do not need to rely on someone . I have seen al the videos, and i am scared to try the launch without power. The side launch is what i did but the motor swings the plane, and difficult to do a straight throw. PLus impossible to take a few steps like that.

    - I need a way to better mount the winglets. I had used CA, but it seems to be coming off. I do not have goop available here as the manual says to use. How about using 2 pairs of magnets n each ends ? Or is that unnecessary weight addition ?

    - My motor OSMA 3800-1200 seems to have developed some vibrations after the first land. Even with no prop it doesn't run as clean as before. Should i suspect a bent shaft ?

    Thanks guys !

Thanks - That was wonderful - I wish i could launch like that. i am just scared of throwing the wing like that - especially with the motor on and the wing trying to swing over...
I guess i should practice a few times before actually let it go !

I think i know what youre getting at, like the wing spinning around your hand and hitting you? mine is only 1:1 or a little over, so i would think it would need alot moreto come around on me.. you are also never in the props path.

i tried the hand in the motor mount then catch the throttle as you release, and that was horrible, i only was launching at most 50% of the time. this is also my first wing, and the only thing besides my easy glider and a 3d profile that is a hand launch, those are easy and this isn't much worse.. just alot of work.. haha

If anyone has pics of their non-folding prop setup, I'd be grateful to see them.

I got a bag of hardware (nuts, spacers, collets etc) with my ritewing setup, but I want to make sure I mount my prop .. err.. properly.
My motor is currently mounted inboard on the motor mount.. but any pics showing a fixed prop setup would be welcome.

    Thanks.
