    This is the reason why you should regularly check the tightness of your SMA connectors:

    It's also the reason that I prefer to use flight controllers with RTH modes. I'm still hoping to see that feature in Cleanflight and TriFlight. I'm aware of the iNav port but haven't tried it.

    Encountered gps interference, went from 16 to 7 sats. So there I was, 30km out above the sea. Luckily I had a landmark (an island) to which i could fly and from there another landmark which would have brought me to around 4km from home. So I knew my way home. And to top it all off, the sd-card of my dvr was full so absolutely no way I could find my plane if something happend. So I had 30km stress of hoping no failsafe would occur. That got my adrenaline pumping. Pffff.

    This was really damn close. I really hate stupid people who thinks nothing will happen to them and they stand still. If such a plane passes I would jump to the side.

    Someone should trim those trees. I really like that plane, looks like you could cruise around for hours on it. Good to see the plane is ok, just need new shorts.

    On that date, all I had was (2) 3000 mah 3s and one 2200 Mah 3s in parallel...so 8200 mah all 20S ... would last about 20-30 minutes... Am in process of rebuilding and will soon be finished with (2) 5000 mah 4S packs which should give a lot more thrust if and when needed, and/or longer flight times. If the ole Donkey cant do it, I have several motors up to 3 times the power of the Donkey.Removable tail surfaces will help get it in the Explorer next time.
