When a friend asked why I spend so much time and money on these planes, I thought about it and well...

    This is why I fly.

Either you get it or you dont.

Thanks alot! I m happy to hear that. Because I m wasnt satisfied with the piloting. I didnt realise till I saw the video material, that I have to fly diffrently to make the video more watchable:

    - I should have used a lot more power in those high winds... to keep the plane stabel and not shaking from left to right all the time. Most of the matieral is useless because of the heavy shaking.
    - More speed!!! It is more intertaining, more enjoyable with more speed. Most of the time the video footage locks like from a slowstick... not from a zephyr
    - And I need to focus the camera more onto the ground... the sky looks always the same, but the ground is the intressting part.
    - And of course with a gopro it wouldnt make the light balance bounce up and down. Filmed with the HK wing cam. I only use a color balance filter to make the colors more bright.

Question to vegas 10 using guys: Is there a filter I can use to stop it from making the dark pictures dark without darken down the others?

We get it. BTW, I always admired your approach turn from base to final and the sidestep to the grass runway. Very professional from a real airplane pilot's point of view.

Was that a video monitor in the aluminum case? If it is, I have the exact setup with a Magnavox 15" LCD I shoehorned into mine ...and have a 12V sealed power supply cell glued to the inside/bottom so it holds it down without tipping and carries its own power supply. (can run about 3/4 day solid on it). Also gives me a place to chuck cloverleafs inverted v's and 2.4 patch antennas....as well as a place to mount the 2.4 receiver in the upper corner.
I've survived a plane crash... flipped off monitor...went and got plane...
