I think you should send that antenna to a certain someone for testing

i have it and yes it is huge
it works well but i usually prefear 8db patch for normal flight, 14db only for 30km and more. 8db with the sunsky's tx is enough for 25 km with perfect picture..so i don't want to go around with that big antenna

I found my lcom 8dbi patch was centred on 1160mhz though
