MS Composite Swift 2 - FPV

Good luck. I am scratchbuilding a 36" 'little bit' wing as a yard flyer (hopefully)

Here's the test flight, It was getting late and the baby was not going to let me FPV so I recorded the video to watch after the flight to check the planes characteristics. This one is non FPV. I dialed in the rates and expo to my likings though. I will be keeping this plane in my car to FPV on my lunch break! You can see my wife with my baby in the frame when I land.

The video was about 3.5 minutes long and I used 400 mah of my 1500 mah lipo so I will set my flight timer at 9 minutes which should give me 30 seconds to a minute to come home and land. I have 3 1500 3s lipos so that should give me about 25-30 minutes of fun neighborhood FPV.

That thing looks like a lot of fun! I Tthink I will have to give something similar a try for those moments where lugging the Zephyr along is just too much.

I know right, this is one fun flying wing. My parents live about a mile away and there is a golf course between my house and theirs, I am going to go and buzz their house later. Lol, I will do a few loops in their backyard and confuse the hell out of them.

Yeah, that's why I tried to keep it in the field for the aerobatics, this weekend I will be taking the Swift to this long canal I found. I want to just aim my patch down the canal and do some fun low flying close to the water. The banks of the canal is about 8-9 feet so I thought it would look cool to be flying lower then the banks.
