ill prob gonna put Guardian to see if its help or not, if not, ill be damn unhappy cos i just like to fly Caip

wanna ask anyone here, i check out loads of Caip video on Youtube, quite a lot got really steady fly smooth but also quite a lot of it, got wobbling too just like mine

anyone knows what is the problem with that..???

    cheers guys
Keep in mind that some yaw oscillations are pretty standard with flying wings, both in turbulent air and during aggressive roll maneuvers. There will be less if you use larger winglets, in particular, winglets that extend further aft. Flying wings are pretty much always under-damped in yaw. The winglets are barely behind CG, so not nearly as effective as a normal tail.

Something like an F3 board can do a great job of filtering out pitch and roll disturbances from the wind, but won't help with yaw much.

Does "symmetrical winglet" help the wobble? Looked at those video on youtube seems symmetrical winglet smooth thing out a little bit, right?

any comment on that, plz do advise....cheers

(right now im using bunny ear winglet)

I remember a YouTube video a while back that showed qualitative results to the contrary, and I think I recall something in the manual as well. The "bunny ears" winglets are larger and reach back further, so I suspect they do a slightly better job with yaw than the symmetrical winglets. I think the manual and the video indicated that the symmetric winglets were superior for fitting through tight areas - less chance of snagging them. I have about 500 hours of autonomous flight time on the Zephyr II, and with its symmetric winglets, yaw oscillations are a regular thing when hit by a gust or coming out of a turn.

well, after had a chance to go fly with Symmetrical Winglet, wobbling not much at all, but it felt that the wing drifting from cross wind, lol but a lot easier to control than having Bunny Ears....

guess it's a character of flying wing then, still love it tho, just happy to fly Caip....
