Expectations are high indeed!
Dude I'm jealous that thing was my inspiration into FPV. Keep the legend goin!!
Use caution, that wing might harness powers that you're just not ready for, best send it to me for a full analysis.

haha glad you received it aaron. For those that are wondering, I've been a long-time fan of aaron's videos and while we chatted I suggested he get a Zephyr. His funds are drained, I had one lying around, I had a box still usable from the Berlin trip (wait for that video, then the box will be historic too haha), so one thing led to the other. Unfortunately shipping was pretty expensive, but it's still cheaper than a new Zephyr by quite a bit, and most of it is still in good condition. This plane only had one hard impact (which broke the spars, but they have been fixed), other than that it's still going strong. May want to test the servos, though, aaron, I believe last time I crashed this thing I landed it into a river
In any case, hope you enjoy! good luck with it!
Cool, well no matter, its going to be an awesome plane. I'll make sure of it. At least its going to be able to carry a HD cam.
P.S. - You still need to shoot me a message regarding that shipping...![]()

Very cool Aaron. I would give my left pinky finger for that wing.. You more than deserve it!!
PROGRESS!!!
New winglets on each side...
New servo horns, pushrods, clevis...
Personalization, and 800mW 1.2ghz sunsky. Yes I am replacing that antenna right away...
FPV cam installed, fixed up the laminate coating with a heat gun. The heat seemed to re-activiate the 3m90 glue, and with a credit card, worked the lam tight again. Re-inforced the nose area aswell, it was quite flimsy.
Installed reciever, hk osd and routed wiring for a clean look. Man, there is a lot of space inside this plane!!! Video battery tucks nicely into a cavity at the front.
I just need my prop and adapter, and we're ready for a test flight. Batteries are on thier way... This plane is starting to look like a mean machine.![]()
