Hi Guys,
after long wait I finally managed to fix my wing with some minor upgrades ;-).
The only thing I'm not to thrilled about is the oracover bought from HK with is very thin in comparison to the one that came with the original TBS, which was much thicker and felt more robust. Nevertheless its Kevlar reinforced, and improved battery efficiency. Here are some pics and today is her maiden flight ;-)
Another new feature is the front skipad to keep the nose higher during landing and helps also to stabilize the plane in flight. The winglets are somewhat shorter than original because space issues in my car :-). And kept the replayXD camera instead of switching to GoPro as last SW update should have made significant improvement in quality, at least so I heard. I raised the height of it by 5mm, to get more view torwards ground.
And I kept the previous motor solution with only 1000kv and a 12x6.5 prop which gives much higher efficiency and reaches max speed of only ~115 level flight instead of the 135 TBS has with a 1185kv and 10x6prop. Also got rid of my nanotech batteries and used the orginaly turnigy which I found to hold much better under load than the nanotechs...
I also made it Yellow to identify it better for the next time I crash and have to search for it with another plane when there is snow on the ground ;-)
Enjoy ;-)

I've made the maiden flight yesterday. Still need to process it and will post it asap.
@Twasi2: Yeah I still need some tweaking but then you are on for formation flight ;-)

Another great feature of the skipad is that if you have a frontal crash the cameras are even further protected... which is nice to have...
