ezOSD not displaying until cycling power on camera

Took me awhile to figure it out, but I've finally figured out how to get the OSD info on the video signal. When I plug in the main battery pack (which also powers the camera, osd, transmitter), the video from the camera is displayed but there is no OSD info. I have to unplug and plug in the foxtech wdr750 camera before the OSD will display over the top of the video. If I do not cycle the power, I just get the video without the OSD info but the video comes through fine.

The LED on the top of the ezOSD flashes slowly - the LED on the back flashes quickly. (I'm indoors trying to get things working before I take it on a test FPV flight)

Anyone have any ideas where to start? It worked right out of the box for awhile, but then stopped upon power up. I'm not sure if I accidentally changed a setting, but after awhile, it stopped displaying the OSD until the power is cycled on the camera.

Here's my setup:

ezOSD with the current sensor
Foxtech WDR 750 camera - Sony CCD (NTSC)
Foxtech 200mw 5.8 ghz transmitter
Power for the vid/osd coming from the 6000 3s battery pack

Same problem. It worked initially, but now it displays only video signal without OSD data. Cycling the power of the camera does not help. Sometimes it shows splash screen on start up, but that is all.
