Corrupt video

Is there any way to repair a corrupt video file that I can't get to play. I think it is mjpeg recorded with easycap on a macbook pro.

Have you tried opening it with VLC or Virtualdub? Usually one of those will be able to play partially corrupted videos. If it is too badly corrupted there's not much that can be done.

I have tried VLC and Handbrake, will give Virtualdub a go, thanks for the suggestion.
